Imatech produces folding cartons, product boxes, rigid and gift boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, stickers, tamper-evident seals, carrier bags, gift bags and point-of-sale display units. Packaging can be customised according to the product, brand, required quantity and intended use.

Yes. We can develop the dieline, dimensions and structural concept around your product, as well as create or adapt the artwork for production. We also accept supplied dielines and print-ready artwork, which our team will review before production.

Yes. A structural prototype can be developed to review the size, construction, fit and overall presentation before full production. Depending on the project, printed proofs or finished samples may also be recommended. Any prototype requirements and associated costs will be confirmed during quotation.

Yes. Digital production allows us to manage short runs, product launches, seasonal editions and multiple versions across a product range. Minimum quantities and the most suitable production method will depend on the packaging format, material and finishing requirements.

Yes. We produce product labels, promotional stickers and tamper-evident seals in different shapes, sizes, materials and finishes. Please tell us what surface the label will be applied to and the storage or transport conditions it may face so we can recommend a suitable material and adhesive.

Available materials include folding boxboard, carton stocks, corrugated board, kraft and recycled boards, textured papers and specialist label materials. Finishing options can include lamination, foiling, embossing, precision cutting, creasing and gluing. Availability depends on the structure, quantity and selected material.

Yes. Materials, structures and adhesives can be specified according to the product weight, stacking requirements, humidity, storage conditions and transport journey. Any formal testing, certification or regulatory requirements should be communicated at the beginning of the project and confirmed separately within the project scope.

Please provide the product dimensions and weight, required packaging type, quantity, material preference, finishing requirements, available artwork, intended use and required delivery date. Product photographs or an existing sample can also be helpful. Lead time depends on structural development, prototyping, material availability, approvals and production quantity. An initial response is normally provided within one working day.
